We sell Genuine and Branded Products only. It comes with Manufacturer Safe Packaging and we take utmost care to deliver safely. But still you received in damaged condition then you have to bear the damaged loss. As such, it never happened since 9 years.

As far as DOA is concerned, you still get warranty services instead of replacement.

Note: If the installation is done by our Channel Partner (if any) then we’ll replace the damaged and DOA Product with a new one if report within 3 days of delivery.

Can I purchase directly from you and get installation free of cost from your local partner ?

No! Our Local partner will ask for installation charges or Comprehensive AMC Charger if applicable. But you will get quality services at reasonable charges from our Authorized Channel Partners.

Can I purchase directly from you and install through our own installer? If yes then who will provide warranty services ?

Yes! You can purchase from and you can install through your own installer at your presence only. You will get warranty services from the Principle Company as per their terms and conditions. We send all our branded products along with GST Bill to get warranty services.
However, If you still face any issue to get warranty services locally, then you can send the faulty product to us and we will avail warranty services from a Principle company on the behalf of you and then we will courier to you as well.
